Virtual Home Seller Program

We’ve created a specialized program to sell your home while reducing the number of in person visits! We help buyers and sellers transact from the comfort of their own residence.

  • Before listing, we professionally photograph your home and create a customized website, specific to your property which includes a virtual walk-through video for buyers.

  • We will only allow buyers to view the home after three key steps: Viewing your home virtually, providing Proof of Funds, and declaring in writing that they have adhered to all local and Federal safety guidelines and will wear gloves, masks, and booties during the showing.

  • We screen any inspectors, appraisers, or other vendors accessing your home during escrow, whether on behalf of the buyers or yourself, and require them to confirm in writing that they follow all local and Federal safety guidelines and take thorough precautions while in your home.

  • We will conduct the closing on your behalf on our end. Leaving you nothing to worry about.

  • We will have the funds from closing wired to your account at close!
